Penelope Jane Gledhill, known as Jane, works as our Case Progression Administrator.
Jane brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the role having fulfilled a career in face-to-face coaching and mentoring.
For sixteen years, Jane also ran her own Estate Agency and therefore knows only too well how stressful financial transactions can be. With this empathy and understanding, Jane strives to ensure that our client journeys are as smooth and stress-free as possible, keeping clients updated regularly, reassuring them and troubleshooting where necessary.

Coffey Brooks Financial Services is an independent financial advisory practice based in Clacton, Essex.
We were established in 2009 by the director, Neil Coffey, and have since grown to include an office in Tiptree, Essex and several advisers and appointed representatives based around the country.
As independent financial and mortgage advisers, we are able to offer whole-of-market solutions to life insurance, mortgages, investments and pensions.
